Celebrating the international day of sport for development and peace at victorian high school

In celebration of the international day of sport for development and peace, playon foundation proudly marked a significant milestone at victorian high school entebbe by hosting a vibrant round robin tournament featuring three girls’ teams.

Just three weeks prior, many of the participating students had never played football before. Today, they stepped confidently onto the pitch as members of the school’s first-ever girls’ football team.

The tournament itself was filled with energy, excitement and determination. Each match showcased not only the girls’ rapidly improving abilities but also their resilience and sportsmanship.
